Excellent condition, worn once but no longer fits. Lightweight material, true wrap skirt with tie at waist and interior buttons for adjustable waist. Size is EU 36- which is equivalent of a US 4. Skirt is 3 panels that measure 13” each- approximate waist size is 26” but can be adjusted to accommodate about 1” higher or lower. No flaws ✨
