Monki NWOT polka dot button down oversized small

Rust colored background with periwinkle polka dots- brand new with tags. Soooooo cute! I keep telling myself to wear it but it’s now been years and I never have so it must go. Monki clothing is generally all oversized so this can work for small - at least medium depending on desired fit.
