Maxi skirt that can also be worn as a dress. I think when I bought it was sold as a skirt, but I wear it both ways. The dress/skirt is slightly longer on the sides and shorter in the center. There is a top waist band I fold down, as shown in photos, with this folded the piece measures approximately 43’’ at the longest and 38’’ at the shortest. The waist band is 3.5’’ and can be folded up to add length. This piece is super comfy and stretchy. 95% Rayon 5% Spandex. Excellent used condition.
