flowingbeam @jessi_norvell hi! Of course. The dress is a shift style and hangs straight down when not tied with the attached ribbon/belt - I added a new picture to show how it hangs untied! The bust and waist measurements are the same due to the shape, both approximately 20 inches when flat laid. The belt cinches in at the waist to your preference and has loops which attach it so it won’t fall.

flowingbeam @lcgarden hi! The tags don’t specify where it was made however all the laundering instructions are in French and it was purchased in France so I would assume it was made in France, although I can’t say for sure.
