@kellipeter05 yes, it measures about 18" laying flat from side th o side but it is a flowy tunic so there's a lot of room.

@ghuanaco so is it sewn smaller with extra fabric on either side? I’m not sure how to ask my question, lol. 36” around seems a little small

@kellipeter05 the hem of the dress is sewn with lace so that part of the tunic does not stretch out, it measures 27" from side to side, so the middle part of the tunic is very flowy. I hope that helps or I've explained it better 😊
