Monroe Dress

This is something I made by myself. Was inspired by something I saw on etsy. Basically it's a harness and tule. Goes over the boobs but under the caged part. Also forgot to take a picture of the cage part it's a separate part but you can see it on me wearing it. Includes a few pieces of tule I used as wristlets and all the butterfly clips I own that you can put anywhere. Panties and pasties not included. #rave #ravedress #festivaloutfit
