Monsoon Fusion Orange Parrots Vintage Dress Size 4

MEASUREMENTS: Chest - about 34" Waist - about 25" Hips - about 36" Length in the back from shoulder to hem - 42" Vintage British dress by Monsoon Fusion. Top & part of bottom are bright orange fabric. Tiny yellow seed beads around the collar. Middle of dress is a peach colored, crinkle fabric with black parrots all over it. Label says US 4. No zipper, you put it over your head. It is Lined. Waist is elastic. Polyester Parrot fabric is crinkled. Great Condition. Perfect as a unique summer dress
