limo509 @thatkatjacobs hi. It’s not lined so wouldn’t say it’s scratchy but I tried it on with a cami under and was fine. Regarding length, check out the measurements in the pic. I’m long waisted so it’s slightly cropped on me. (I’m 5’8” with a long torso) Might be hip length on you.
