Monster High skirt, hi-low puff skirt, plaid

This super cute skirt has a Hi-Lo hem and it's fun because it's high and low on the side, not the front and back. It's a funky plaid pattern that has turquoise, grey black and red in it with a stitching design. The front of the waistband is silver, the back is black. There is a two-layer netted underskirt. Waist is 12 inches across, the long side is 15 in from the waist down. The short side is 9in from the waist down. Comes with the satin soft hanger.
