Monteau Fit and Flare Scalloped Halter Neck Dress

Super cute, well loved a-line fit and flare skater dress! Neckline is a high halter with a scalloped edge. Back has a button enclosure at the back of the neck. Worn quite a few times but still has a lot of life left. Inside and outside show a little bit of wear (pilling, but no tears/rips/stains)
