Very pretty blouse. New without tags. I took the tags off before I tried it on and it’s too small. Definitely fits more like an extra small than small. 100% polyester so no stretch. Sleeves have elastic around the arms. Sleeves and upper portion of blouse are sheer the rest is completely lined. Open keyhole with ties on the front as well. P2P: 16in Shoulder to hem: 21.5in to end of lining; 24in to end of overlay Sleeve opening: 5in not stretched. Smoke free, pet friendly home
