Size woman's medium. Made of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. 1 1/2" wide elasticized shoulder straps. Measures 43" from strap top to bottom hem. Elasticized top, with 1" ruffle, of dress stretches to 19". Elasticized waist is 16" stretched. Ruffle at bottom is 5" high. Like brand new.
