NWOT Monteau loose fitting vertically striped shirt. Has a pleat in the front, a key hole back. Colors are off-white/ ivory, with navy blue and yellow stripes. I bought it for myself, but never wore it nor washed it, just cut the tags off. It has a small spot in the left upper shoulder, see last picture.
