Monteau black and white striped high neck blouse with shoulder cutouts

Reminds me of Beetlejuice or something Mrs Lovett from Sweeney Todd would wear. Button in back. 36-56" bust, very stretchy and comfortable fabric. 20" from shoulder to hem. Tag says "XL" but it's children sizing so it fits an adult size M. From a cat friendly home.
