Monteau blue and white 50s style dress, size small

This dress is very classic. It has slight stretch and the skirt is lined to keep from needing a slip underneath. The dots are actually small squares which makes it look a little classier. There is a slight stitch that was added to the neckline to keep it from opening as much, but the stitch can easily be removed. There is also a belt and belt loop on either hip.
