Monton short puffy sleeve cotton blouse

Beautiful blue pastel cotton blouse with elevated puffy sleeves makes it an elegant look, but without loosing comfort. Monton is a European brand. The blouse is made of two separate materials, t-shirt stretchy cotton body and non stretchy cotton sleeves. They look as two different colors on camera, however they are more cohesive in reality. There is one tiny speck spot in front on a chest, that I've noticed as I was ironing, however didn't want to redo the whole job again, look on a close up picture, not sure if you can see it, as it is tiny. Shoulders 17-18" Width 17-18" Length 24" The blouse will look better on someone, who has medium to wider shoulders. Please measure.
