Moodie gorgeous shade of blue dress

Beautiful shade of blue/mabey a light slate. NWT large gathered shoulder straps,Two side pockets, partial lining to about a midi. This says small it runs large more like a M. My mannequin is a 4 and this is to big for her. The back is simply gorgeous, large tie for a big bow. #moodie C-4
