Moon River Corset Cheney Bustier Midi

Unfortunately the dress is too big on my waist. It fits the bust and hips perfectly (I have bigger hips and a more broad chest however my waist is significantly smaller) I have debated taking this to the tailors because I love it so much. I figured I'd try to sell it first and see if purchasing a small may work better.
