Moon River Dress

Love this dress! Red, white and blue midi length. Perfect for the Fourth of July or summer nights out. Has a string around the waist that is function and can be loosened or tighter. Key hole back. One minor defect is that one of the tassels fell off. The tassel left could easily be cut off it and it would be matching.
