Darling blue and white pinstripe dress with lace back purchased in Paris. Morgan by Morgan de Toi. Nice lightweight cotton with ruffle pinafore details on top and a full skirt. The back has white floral lace in a v-shape. Dress is a perfect balance of sweet and sassy. I am 5' 9" and it falls above my knees.
