alisha_das @casacurran Hi, thank you for your patience! The waist is 26 and the hips are 35. I hope that helps. I have never worn this and it has been hanging. I don't think it's ever been worn. When I was taking it out of my closet to meaure for you, I noticed it has an unnoticable rip in the petticoat. I don't think you'd ever see it but I'll post a photo. I'm going to put it on a great offer (50.00 off) because of that though as mentioned I don't think you'd ever see it.
