mvbarba @juliethacker27 hi, it's not necessarily pulling but just spots I noticed that are not perfect but not noticeable. Beading is still in place. My price is reflective of these imperfections that I as a buyer would take into account. I uploaded an example pic. I purchased it last year but don't know when the original release date for this style was. Let me know if you have any other questions.

mvbarba @candence75 hi, I would say no because it has been altered. Especially if she will wear heels. My daughter is 5'1 and it was still a little long on her with 2-1/2 inch heels but not a lot.
