@emilyberr I’m 5’5 & was prob about 5’7 in the heels I wore but I actually got the bottom of the dress hemmed very slightly (I forgot to add that in the description but I will add it now) & I also have a small chest & would say it fits true to size. If u need me to measure the length of the dress I can do that
