Mori Lee chiffon bridesmaid dress in desert rose- Read description!!

So here is the story…. I bought two bridesmaid dresses. This one on Poshmark as a back up in case one of the other bridesmaids had a malfunction. Fast forward to the wedding day, one of the bridesmaids had a malfunction but couldn’t fit into this dress, so I gave them mine. Here’s the catch: it hadn’t been altered to fit me and was several inches too long for my 5’2” frame. So as a last desperate measure, we cut the bottom off and burned the edges. Throughout the night, a few stitches in the bodice came loose, but nothing that will impact the functionality of the dress. I thought about taking the dress to the Salvation Army, but I also know first hand how expensive bridesmaid dresses are and thought I’d offer it on here as a cheap option for someone who knows a seamstress or is handy with a needle and thread.
