This dress is new with tags. Incredibly beautiful blue. Navy with royal blue hues. Looks brighter in daylight. Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely an eye catcher and right on point with the mini trend. *There is a small flaw/tear in the tulle in the front, easy to fix. The tulle in back is attached with a thread and fabric tape. This keeps the tulle from popping up too high when sitting. A few sequins are loose but not noticeable. These are all easily fixable if you chose to. Review images closely before purchasing. Bought this dress for over $300 brand new. It hasn’t been worn, just sitting in a closet waiting to be loved. I am accepting all reasonable offers!!
