it is brand new never even been swatched still has the plastic piece on the top.. the colors are amazing the highlighter illuminators are absolutely gorgeous it's hard to get a good picture of what the colors actually look like I do not use filters because it doesn't come close to the colors either I just hope when you take a picture of a pallet you can tell that the colors are a lot prettier brighter some of them are just very different than what the Picture Show. 12 beautiful eyeshadow colors shimmers and mats and two amazing highlighters that are just stunning. if I were you I would look on other website if you've never seen this palette in person they use much better cameras and you could see the colors a lot better but this palette to me is a must have you could have bold looks or everyday looks it's very pigmented it's a buttery formula blends so easy the list does not end with this palette of what the possible looks could be.
