Mosaic Brown and White Y2K Dress

Unique y2k style dress from DBY with a unique floral pattern. The dress is a sleeveless v-neck with the waist band underneath the bust. It is a size 4, but the waist size is 28 inches and the length is 34 inches, so I'd say the measurements are more similar to a 6-8 since that is what I wear.
