Moschino Cheap & Chic vintage dress 90's

This is a beautiful vintage Moschino Cheap & Chic dress from the 90's. Dress is black with roses print on it, there is a tie string in front you can tie in a bow or tie around the neck. There is also a string on the front that ruches the dress if you pull it, zipper on the side. I bought this hoping to wear it but unfortunately it is slightly too big on me, especially in the bust, Would fit a B or C cup I'm guessing. Dress is silk and Italian size 40/US 6.
