Beautiful NWT 100%silk outer layer, Boutique Moschino maxi skirt. Fun and playful stars and moon design. Partially lined. Slit that buttons up on left side or turn skirt to where you want it. Back of waist is elastic. Front is flat with a tie belt attached. 18/36in waist some stretch. 45 inch length. Bought new and final sale so couldn’t return even though too big for me, would just like what I paid.
