Moss Green “Cape” Blouse

Nice thick fabric with pleated hems on sleeves, which are three-quarter in length. There is a zip in the back since there isn’t much stretch, so it can slip over your head. Never worn, but our home has two cats for allergy’s sake so please keep that in mind. Let me know if you have questions.
