{Mossimo} 🕊Blouse

Navy blue blouse with stretchy drawn in under bust and 3/4 length sleeves. A few small thread loops around waist to add your own belt (or could cut off). Off-white bird pattern. Would want to layer over a cami or tank as the fabric is transparent polyester.
