Mossimo Blue Fit & Flare Dress

This is a Mossimo blue fit & flare dress in LIKE NEW condition, never worn. I loved it so much, but it never really fit me right. So sad I can't keep it, but whoever buys it will be super lucky to have it in their closet! It is terrific for casual wear or can be dressed up with a blazer for work. The dress is slightly more purple-blue than in pictures. Measurements (laid flat) were: Bust: 19 in. Waist: 17 in. Length (pit to bottom hem): 27.5 in.
