Mossimo Maxi Dress

Maxi Dress in M, but can fit a smaller chested L. Spaghetti straps with criss-cross keyhole design for back straps. Stitching in front to draw out a waist and underlying black slip for coverage. Slip reached above the knee and it attached. Coloring begins black and white at the top and ombres into a beautiful neon yellow green. Perfectly lightweight, can be worn without a bra as top portion is well lined. I'm 5'4 & this dress was slightly above the floor, so could be worn with heels/flats!
