Short sleeve ruffle jersey dress. Cute black & white stripes. Runs a little loose and relaxed - this is an XS from Target but fits like a small. Very stretchy fabric. I wear a size small for reference. 34 1/2” in length and waist is 37”, so lots of room to work with! Would be so cute with a thin or thick belt, very versatile everyday dress. Just a little too big on me now. Some slight pilling but can easily be removed with a fabric shaver. In the softest rayon/spandex fabric ever!
