Mossimo Target sleeveless dress Sz XS

Practically brand new condition, worn only a few times, mainly in the colder months as a jumper. Looks great layered with tights & boots, denim shirt under or jacket over. Lightweight enough for summer months as well, I just dont wear anything this short without tights. Slight high low hem, front is 34.5" and back is 36". Pit to pit is 15.5".
