This cute purple & turquoise dress has the look of tie-dye, but it's easy care poly. It's an XS, but my model has a 34" bust, so check bust measurements carefully as it may work for a small. Armpit to armpit it's approx. 16 1/2". The shoulder straps are adjustable.
