Mossimo Tunic Dress with Geometric Rosettes

Mossimo tunic dress with geometric rosettes. The dress is sheer with a black liner and drawstring waist. 3/4 sleeves with elastic cuffs. Waist measurement in photo shows the unbelted size. Some wear where the drawstring belt attaches to the dress (see photos for condition). Missing materials tag, but the shell and slip appear to be polyester.
