Mossimo mini skirt

High quality mini-skirt with pleats and ruffles at waist and metallic woven fringe near bottom of skirt. Bought at Target in early 2000s when clothing quality was higher. Fabric is cotton/poly blend but feels and looks almost like a heavy-duty ribbon fabric. Black, size 10.
