Mossimo women’s raincoat. Size medium. Fabric tag in photos. The belt for this is too long for the coat. It was purchased this way. My only guess is that the belt was switched with another coat in the store before purchase. Measurements of garment laid flat 17.75” bust, length 33.25”, sleeve (from middle of neck to end of sleeve 31.5”. Belt range 32.75” to 38.75”. No observed flaws. From a smoke free and dog friendly home.
