Motel rocks mini flutter sleeve dress

Cute short dress with 40s or goth vibes depending on how you style it. Gathered and tacked in to a portrait neckline by previous owner. I loved it, so I kept it, but you could easily remove the stitching to make it a plain v neck. Flutter sleeves, rear zipper. Skater length with fitted bodice.
