Moth from Anthropologie Navy patterned tunic

This Moth by Anthropologie Imperial Garden Tunic is a cotton-wool-nylon-rayon blend, with three quarter length sleeves that should fall to the upper thigh. It’s in like new condition, but runs really small. It’s a L but fits more like a MP.
