I just want to note that you counter offered my original offer and offered me $165. After our conversation about your costs, I wanted to do the right thing and went ahead and offered you your original counteroffer of $165. Yet you declined.
As the buyer I would have preferred to meet somewhere in the middle, but understood your explanation on covering your costs and wanted to be respectful of that. Which is why I went back and offered your original counter.
