meila216 Greetings these are joggers , the rise is low and sits on the hip , the fabric is a knit boucle with a lot of texture . I feel like they run loose but I have this style of mother denim joggers in 4 fabrics and 3 sizes This pair recently sold but I believe there is still a preowned 24 on eBay preowned in good condition
