This thing is crazy, I used it postpartum a few times and I loved it! I liked fastening it while lying down, then rolling off the bed (there’s no sitting up from a lying position, this thing is crazy structured once it’s fastened) and wearing it for just a bit, like 20-30 minutes at a time. It helped support me ALL AROUND not just tummy, so it felt like an amazing posture tool. Also felt like it did help remind my body that the organs sitting low in my postpartum belly should actually live up higher 😂 It’s not gonna give you a flat 6-pack, but it’s an awesome postpartum tool.
