millrst8 @usmarines from armpit to armpit it’s 15 inches and the back is open so it does stretch. I tried it on without a bra, which is what you would wear because the cups are padded and I do not fill the cups. The bottom is a little frayed because it was worn for an outdoor wedding if you’re OK with that. What is your hip measurement? My hips are 34 inches and it fits perfectly.
