@clmcie fm pit2pit front seam is 21” The area where the overlapping curving portion ends is 18 1/2”. That hits about mid-way below my bustline & above the waist. It gradually curves out for the waist, then hips & then slightly curves back in toward the hemline. So where the waistline hits on me is 21 1/2”. The dress has some stretch to it overall as well. Hope that helps.
