Navy formal gown by Kathryn Grace.. Size 12. Size 10 could probably wear. V-neck with lace overlay on top with Rhinestone pendant. Elegant pleats about 20 in. from bottom provide a flowing look. Wore at daughter's wedding for about 5 hours
