Mother of the groom dress

I love this dress because it was a July wedding, it was sleeveless and made out of silk so I was very comfortable and this is a beautiful dress. It is a size 42 and I’m not sure what that means but I wear a size 10 / 12, I’m 5’7” weighing 165 pounds. I truly felt special in this amazing dress.
