This dress was hand made all beads place one by one. Ordered from a woman on Etsy. The skirt is actually pants. I did have to take in the pants once received because I lost weight but someone could easily take out. Light sky blue. Original measurements before taking in skirt/pants: Waist-34 ½ Hips-44 inches Thighs- 25 inches Around the arm-13 inches Height-5’3 Chest- 40 inches
