Sheer black with white polka dot dress with attached black camisole dress underneath. Tie is embedded underneath the bust and is able to adjust, adding cute pleats over the belly. 2 rough edge ruffles at the bottom.
Very good used condition. Smoke and pet free home. Hand washed in woolite and laid flat to dry.

@sanderscourtney Thank you! From shoulder to hem is approx 34 inches (since the hem is rounded a bit, it has slightly different lengths.) I am 5'7" and it hit me just above my knee. Posted a pic where I measured.
